Support Contracts

In today’s ever-changing world of computers and IT, Dental IT are able to offer a range of different support contracts, providing you the flexibility to choose the type of cover you require, ranging from basic Level One for Managed Anti-Virus supply and support through to a comprehensive cover for workstations, servers and proactive monitoring including managed backups.

Monitoring:

We monitor your IT infrastructure continuously for system stability with set performance thresholds. This ensures systems are performing to optimal levels with potential issues identified and resolved quickly, resulting in minimal disruption to your business.

Support

Unlimited remote support with fast and secure access to your IT systems allows our technicians to instantly respond to issues without expensive onsite call outs. You will have direct access to our 0800 helpline, service email and online service Portal (Level four service contract)

24/7 Remote Support:

The Dental IT Helpdesk is manned during those hours when you need us the most.  We look to remote fix your problem wherever possible with a first-time fix success rate of over 90%.

IT Procurement:

Purchasing computer hardware is becoming a complex exercise with many brands, configurations and variations available.  We spend time understanding your needs and sourcing the best solution to match your requirements.

Managed Backups:

Whether it comes from a hardware failure, a natural disaster or one of your staff has deleted a file, our Managed Backup service allows you to restore your data quickly – often in just a few minutes.

Our Managed Backup service contains everything you need to recover data from your servers and workstations.  We provide backup and recovery for current Windows operating systems. (Loan servers available for contracted customers)
